I bought a medium Frisco Burger combo. I went inside and ordered. Ate it in the parking lot. The sandwich was cold! The bread was like they pulled it directly out of the refrigerator. The patty was like warm. The tomato was the size of a quarter and it was as dry as can be. Completely left off the mayo. People pay $13.00 for a sandwich, it better be a $13 sandwich! People work too hard for their money! I did not go back inside. I'm just glad I'm not a local. I feel sorry for the people in thos town who's only fast food option is Hardee's. The receipt says I was rang up by a Brenda. The man that rang me up is certainly not a Brenda. The bearded guy who "made" my sandwich needs to find a new line of work.

I gave it a 1 because they didn't have ZERO! Went in today with my grandkids after my chiropractors appt in town, ordered our food, and went to set down. The lady behind the counter was rude, looked PO, and had attitude! Brought us our food, slammed the tray down, and turned and walked away. I said, thank you to a brick wall with tude! Food was soaked in grease, cold, and flavorless..will never go back! Nit the 1st episode, but is the last.

My family and I stopped at this Hardee's passing through. The store lobby closed at 9pm and the drive closed at 10pm. I had 3 very hungry children with me and eating in is always best, but the workers came out and locked the lobby doors 6 minutes early. So we decided to go ahead and use the drive. While placing our large order my daughter wanted BBQ sauce on her sandwich. We were told that they could not put the BBQ on her sandwich, but they would give her some packets. Then at the windows I had requested to purchase a small cup of ketchup as it is easier to drive and eat fries when you can just dip them and not fight with a bunch of packets while driving. They became VERY rude when they were questioned about this. I was willing to pay extra. When we got our food one order of fries was cold while 3 fries were warm, and 1 was stale. Our sandwiches were cool enough the cheese didn't melt. You couldn't say they were even warm. This is the 3rd time recently we have visited this store and the staff was very rude and unaccomadating to paying customers. Very very very disappointed and after 3 chances we will not be returning to this location.

Food is mediocre, have been given cold food nearly every time. The employees without fail are beyond rude every single time. They refuse to put condiments on a sandwich if it didn't already come with it. And I hope you are prepared to drive and use packet ketchup because apparently it's "too hard" to pump ketchup into a Styrofoam bowl for dipping to make driving easier. I do NOT recommend this location if you're looking for good customer service and food.

Kid was a bit upset he didn't get a toy with his kids meal apparently they are switching from a toy to fruit but he got nothing. My sandwich was a huge mess had to wipe mayo and ketchup off as it was everywhere

Decent service. The drive through always takes forever no matter what is ordered. The food was decent. Lucky for them, there are no other options in Chariton. If there were competition my guess is this place would have been closed years ago.
