Haven't got a hot sandwich in i don't know how long. Usually do drive thru and never warm or hot. Tried dine in tonight had to take our meals back up to counter. Still was only lukewarm. Very disappointed in our hometown hardee's. Hasn't been good in years.

The workers here are very rude. One girl came up and asked where we wanted our fries, I told her and she said “wherever then whatever” and someone in the back was yelling and complaining about making food. The food was not as good as it usually is. I’ve noticed that depending on staff the food is either amazing or disgusting.

Not toddler friendly whatsoever. Even Hooters have high chairs and booster seats, this is the only place I’ve been to that doesn’t have either, weird since they have a kids menu but other than that it’s pretty good.

9 times out of 10 when we come here the employees are rude. None of them seem to enjoy what they do and make you hate coming in. Plus it took more than 10 minutes to get 2 burgers, and there was only one person ahead of us when we pulled up, and our burger weren't even hot. If this wasn't the only Hardee's close to us I wouldn't eat here.

Had breakfast there this week. The lady taking the orders was like mad and had the worse facial expressions on her face. Ordered my food the English muffin was cold and stale to be honest I believe it was leftover from the day before or even older
