Ordered in drive thru.. they forgot about us for 25 minutes. Then didn’t try to make it right. Just gave us a refund and sent us on our way without our order. Very disappointed as I had children who were crying because this was a surprise treat for them. Do better.

I miss this place when it was Chux the ice cream use to have a real good flavor to it now just your ordinary basic vanilla, burgers use to have a great seasoning as well as the fries.

They got my order wrong instead of using the correct ice cream they put chocolate sauce or something else in it to make it “chocolate” it was half melted when given to me and had no pieces of the cookies. To add they handed it back to me with ice cream running down the side. I’ll go out of town from now on.
