The Iron Horse is absolutely a Hidden Gem of restaurants in Iowa. They have a good sized menu selection, you I promise you won't be disappointed with anything on the menu, and you'll never miss, with one of their signature burgers!
Bayou pasta was really good though could have benefited from using blackened chicken. Service was spot on. The location in the renovated and historic hotel makes for a great addition to the community and excellent use of the building.
Friend had the “Honey Apple Glazed”something?said it was a little tough,so he cut it in small strips and loved it. Also the Captain Morgan rum and coke he had(2) were Excellent !
