Sat for half an hour and no one came to the table, despite the waitress making eye contact, standing in the kitchen with her arms crossed, and rude side eyed looks. Even tried going to the bar, nothing. Finally decided to leave and as soon as we were half out the door, she decided to actually come our way and clean the table beside ours. I’ve tried to see what others have about this place multiple times, done!

Love the Tavern! We try to make it there once a week. I’m sure all the food is good but I can’t go here and not get a cheeseburger! I get a baby burger double cheese and is perfect for a lighter appetite. They do have a papa burger that’s big as the plate. Crinkle fries make it even better!

Delicious burgers, tenderloin sandwiches, and sides, especially pepper jack cheese balls. Haven't had anything here that I didn't like. Lots of cold drinks. Good service. Always some familiar faces inside. Cinnamon rolls are a real treat. Greasy spoon/hole in the wall type local bar.

The usual bar fare is done well. Tenderloins are a popular item. I make a special trip or try to plan my route to get within 10 miles so I can stop to get a pizza burger, which is my personal favorite. It does get busy around lunch and dinner times, but they do a good job of getting orders out.
