Don't come here if you want to get what you ordered. I order the same thing every time and they can't seem to figure out if it's a double cheeseburger or not. Foods usually good tho.

Their speaker out by the drive through menu has been bad as long as I can remember which results in about of our orders being wrong. Food is what you'd expect from a dairy queen.

Ordered, waited forever, then finally got food and it's wrong, waited at the window for another 20 minutes while the workers ignored us wasted 17 dollars and about 30 minutes of time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a combo meal today at 1130 . The place had nobody there for customers . I ordered thru the drive thru and was told to pull to the first window to pay. I kid you not, I sat there for 15 minutes waiting to pay or see anybody at all and it was a ghost town inside. I finally said screw it and drove off without my food. I doubt they had any other orders to fulfill because the parking lot was empty. I won't give them my business anymore.

Menu selection AND food is slightly different. Fountain drink (Dr. Pepper) was unbalanced towards the carbonated side - which was less sweet). Not at all what we expected. Prices were lower though. Staff was patient and friendly with our large order. Ice cream tasted normal.

One of the female employee she has dark hair was completey rude our food was cold, I had found hair in our sandwiches this is ridiculous I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EATING HERE AT THE CHARLES CITY DQ
My sister her daughter and I went to DQ for ice cream. While we were there we saw 2 girls having an ice cream cone fight. Cooks not wearing hats. A friend visiting a worker and she ignored customers.

Long wait. Lady didn't flip my blizzard and when I mentioned it she was rude and tried to get out of honoring the sign on the drive thru that states a free blizzard is given if one is not flipped. She then gave me a coupon that expires the same day. Upon closer inspection I see this coupon was misdated with last year's date. I would like this addressed. I would like for the owner Tim Caldwell to contact me before I have to track down his contact information and reach him.The sign should be fixed. I want my coupon honored. No napkins either.
