I hate to leave a 1 star review because I love plaza…. However we just got takeout and it was absolutely disgusting. My chicken was slimy, my shrimp was ice cold, and the chips tasted like they’ve been out for a week. The last couple of times we’ve gotten takeout we’ve had the same experience. It’s almost like since they know it’s takeout they don’t care about how the food is. Sad because we spent $50. Wouldn’t recommend getting takeout any time soon….

Plaza has been around a long time in Charles City and Mason City. My family has been eating with them for at least 15 years. Always good service, always clean restaurants, food prep is always amazingly fast, and food is very good. I've never had a subpar meal, and my meals are always fresh, warm, and ample in size. Can't go wrong here!

Great Mexican food in small town Iowa. If you're in town, this is the place to eat!! Everything was good, and the service was excellent. The temperature outside was hot, but inside it was wonderfully cool.
