I have no idea what happened to this place, but it's really fallen off. The night shift employee's had absolutely zero sense of urgency ?? stood in the lobby for about 3 min before someone even came up to the counter.

I was the horrible customer that ordered a large pick up order for 30 mins before the store closed. One of the workers, Faye, called me to let me know they were out of one of the ingredients and was very apologetic. It was no problem and they swapped out the ingredient for me. All 4 foot longs were perfect with no mistakes, and Faye (a long with 2 other workers I didn't catch the name of) was very nice and professional in the store!

The company quit selling the better sandwich and now offers one made of ground up and sliced meat. I refuse to go there again, The traditional BMT and Cold cut combo no longer exists.
We ordered our meal online through the app while getting groceries and went to the restaurant to eat. There were 3 girls standing in the area where sandwiches are made talking…not doing any work. We got our meals from the pick up order area, filled our pops, and sat down to eat. There were no napkins in our bag so I had to go ask for those. About 5 minutes later, one of the girls told us that the store closes in 10 minutes. We said ok and continued eating. Then we were told again 5 minutes later that they wanted to let us know that they were closing in 5 minutes. We were aware of this and didn’t feel the need to have employee yell across restaurant not one, but twice, to let us know. They seemed irritated that we were there at that time. The 12 minutes we were there, they stood and talked the entire time. We left with 3 minutes left until their closing time and took the food left with us to eat at home. As we walked out, they began cleaning up the store. If they were that concerned about closing on time, they could have been cleaning while we were there instead of talking.

I was the only one in line, but still felt rushed when placing my order. The staff was "friendly", but rushed to get me through. My order was not correct even though I verbally told them what I wanted on my order. It was the small details. I ordered pickles, and received none. I ordered garlic aoli sauce and received none. My wrap was more like a ball. I will think again before visiting again.
