I ordered my order online and i had the wrong location for the order. So of course i tried calling n several times, no answer. So now im out 50 dollars n didnt get food cuz it was 50 miles away. Called next day talked to one of managers, cant remember her name about a refund i didnt expect to get one since i messed up the location, BUT they had no problem refunding my money. Thank u and fyi the number google has for u isnt working u mght wana take it off the website. Thanks...
I was the horrible customer that ordered a large pick up order for 30 mins before the store closed. One of the workers, Faye, called me to let me know they were out of one of the ingredients and was very apologetic. It was no problem and they swapped out the ingredient for me. All 4 foot longs were perfect with no mistakes, and Faye (a long with 2 other workers I didn't catch the name of) was very nice and professional in the store!
Just wanted to compliment one of the workers at this location, Liz! She is so sweet everytime I come in and tonight was very efficient all while helping out a new coworker learn along the way. Thank you, Liz. You rock! :)
