A wonderful little local watering hole. Terrific selection of beers on tap. Particularly, their sour selections. The staff is knowledgeable. You can tell the difference of service if you're not a local repeat. Beers are a little small for the price.

Started to make a much needed road trip to visit this brewery. Luckily I called about an hour into the trip after they opened and wanted to know if they had a certain beer in stock. No cans in stock but had it on tap. I asked if they did growlers and the lone bartender said she hasn't been "trained" to fill growlers. How frustrating. I still can't believe it. I turned around and continued to shake my head in disbelief the rest of the way home. There was no effort from her that she would try or get in touch with someone who knows how to fill a growler. Thanks for nothing.

Back in Clear Lake for the weekend and found this at the local liquor store. Danky Os is a fantastic IPA - hoppy, bitter, dank and skunky, light grapefruit note - 9.6/10. Give it a go, it won’t disappoint.

A hidden gem that outperforms larger breweries in larger town. I am in Charles City visiting from family and this is the best brewery I have ever been to. Has the hidden “X factor” that similar places lack. A nice selection of quality beers - there’s something for everyone’s taste. I look forward to coming back!
