Could use some new french fry oil, or fix the issue that cause limp soggy fries. It would also be nice if my large fries were filled up properly and not just half way, you could tell they just dumped a prefilled medium into a large container. Also late nights have improved significantly, especially compared to a few months ago where on 3 separate visits i got cheese burgers with half hard stale buns, or another time i waited in line for an hour and a half and specifically the vehicle in front of me that took 45mins to get their food. Instead of having them pull forward to get everyone else their food which was clearly made and waiting, becuase of this 45 min wait on a single car , by the time i got to the window i had my food in 30 seconds and left... within the first min of driving and tasting everything, i found all my food was cold and gross and my milkshake was melted and getting warm of outside

Came in with a group of 30+ people at around 10 p.m. all of us ordered on separate tickets and one of the employees Tina, acted as if we were the turd that clogged our toilet, handed drinks out with sass and as if we were asking her to make a gourmet meal.

Tried to go thru drive thru today, they took 4 vehicles from one lane and ignored the second lane where I was. I left and purchased elsewhere. It was busy but there is no excuse for 4 to 1
