Waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks and then didn’t even get what we ordered and the girl at the window argued with us! Our drinks weren’t even in the same cup as usual! Also we were charge more at this location then any other location! We always order the same thing! We will never be stopping at Clarinda Scooters again considering this isn’t the first time we have had issues with this location!

Worst coffee out of all the surrounding Scooters shops. This is truly sad. My husband is a huge Scooters fan but the blended cappuccino he has had from the Clarinda location tastes terrible and tends to not be blended well (chunks of ice are usually visible). One day I tried the coffee black, and I could not finish it. It tasted terrible which has led my husband and I to believe this location has not been properly trained on how to make the coffee. We looked forward to the opening of this shop in our hometown but now we avoid it. We get our Scooters fix in Shenandoah or Maryville or Omaha. Such a shame because the service is nice.
