The family and I went a week ago and, to our surprise, they had a new menu that included burgers, including their special for the day being a Chili Cheese Burger. The burger was fantastic, but the real winner was the chili. You could tell it was made from scratch and not just poured from a can from your local grocery store. It was some of the best chili I have had, and the fact it was on a delicious burger made it even better.
I am here in Clarion, IA and was looking for a place to have a warm dinner. This is called Fueled, Coal Fired Pizza. Not an easy place to find because it is the back of a bar. It is really decent size for a small town in Iowa. I had the small Kitchen Sink pizza and for the appetizer Iowa Sweet corn cheese dip. The pizza and the Iowa Sweet Corn Cheese Dip is delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and will make this place one of very few restaurants I will have dinner...
My husband kept talking about his seared brisket sandwich for the whole trip! My Cobb salad was copious and was based on something other than iceberg. My only complaint that it was cold in the restaurant (they had the doors open on a brisk day, maybe to keep the pizza chef temperate?)
