It's a great place. Fantastic atmosphere, great service, good bar selection. The pizza is really nicely cooked. Absolutely beautiful pizza. I don't live in northern Iowa and I expect a lot more seasoning on my food (that comment isn't unique to Fuel). For me, there would be five stars all the way across, if they put a little more seasoning on the food.
We're new to Iowa and this was a gem of a find. Great pizza- homemade dough, such a treat when most other places have pre-made dough discs. The toppings were fresh. The coal fired pizza oven adds a whole new level of flavor.
The craft brews were cold and thirst quenching. Randi was a great server. She's been here 10 years. Quite a feat in the restaurant world!

My husband and I ate here for dinner last night and it was amazing!! We got the half-naked cheese balls which were delicious, we ordered two small pizzas - the Three Little Pigs and the Veggie one. They both were amazing! The waitress was very nice and the service was quick! We are definitely going to be going here often!
