the Hardee’s in Clarion, Iowa 4 mornings every morning. I have to wait for somebody to serve me sometimes 15 minutes people sitting in their drink coffee by their self serving themselves. You can yell all you want. Nobody comes in every morning. People working there don’t seem to care this is by far the absolute worst Hardee’s I have been in

Went through the drive through and they forgot us!! We waited almost 20 min and watched everyone around us get their food. I backed up to the window and asked about our order. They finally gave us our food and didn’t offer to give us a discount or anything since they forgot us. Drive off and the noticed my sandwich was a single and not a double like I paid for and they made the sandwich wrong! I went back and all they did was make me a new one! Worst restaurant service, food, and price I have ever been to!!!!

Drive thru trip in morning for breakfast. Order was taken accurately and all food was served without a mistake which was impressive as we had a larger order placed for six people. Very friendly service and food was fresh and tasted great. Thank you for a great experience!

I would give it a complete five star however it's getting old paying for something getting home and realizing you didn't get what you paid for. I wish the employees would look at the monitor and check the bag before they give them to somebody. This is the third time in a row it's happened. Especially if you're going to pull somebody ahead to park to wait on their food, the least you can do is make sure everything they paid for actually makes it into the bag.
