The food on the buffet is usually fresh and fine this time it was fine but it's sucks that you can't have multiple coupons because we were going to get the beffet and use the employe discount and on Tuesdays kids under 13 I think are free but you can't do that also the bathrooms aren't great.

I ordered food for pickup. When I got there it was messed up and we're starting to recook it when I got there so had to wait longer. Get home my ranch potatoes were greasy from the chicken that don't think grease was drained. No kind of offer while I had to wait. Or a sorry.

We ordered take out and didn't receive half the order because they were "short staffed" then had to "bread more chicken". What we did receive looked like they threw scraps off the buffet into a box. Absolutely disgusting.

Very great food! Ruby greeted us with great service. Large dinning room. So awesome. Recommend it very highly. My grandson wants to go back. Friendly staff great atmosphere.
We were here for about an hour. The waitress came by our table twice to pick up our used plates from the buffet, which was nice! I like that you can request the pizza you want if it's not on the buffet. Family friendly atmosphere. I skipped the salad this time, it was kind of brown, but usually it's good. Will visit this location again!
Vegetarian options: Salad bar, can request vegetarian pizza for buffet, they will bring you the whole pizza!
Kid-friendliness: High chairs plenty of seating available, might bring your own coloring activities for your kiddos.

Salad bar had old vegetables, carrots needed to be thrown away the were so crusty and dried out. They had a white film on them. Only had a few pizzas out at a time and the crust tasted bad on all of them. Never had enough chicken out. Flies were swarming around me as I tried to eat.

I made an online order to this PR. When I went to pick it up 30 min later, it hadn't even been started. Employees were also eating food and leaving their dirty plates next to the cash register which I thought was pretty nasty. Thankfully for this PR I had already paid online so I waited another 20 min for my food which was mediocre at best for $50. This place never offered to make my order right with me. I guess it was my time, not theirs

The food there was great BUT the service there isn't. When I walked in to Pizza Ranch to eat, some guy that is tall and skinny came up to me and started being rude and disrespectful. His eyes was red and around his was black. I believe his name is Cael. He started being racist to me and I just left.
