Showed up 6:30 very little pizza. Absolutely no mashed potatoes and no chicken. 7:20 they brought horrible looking chicken and no mashed potatoes. Won't be back. Very disappointed.

It's been awhile since I had eaten at Pizza Ranch but I was in the mood for chicken. I ordered the 4 piece chicken dinner to go. When I got it home and opened the container I was truly surprised at the size of the chicken pieces. Was this really chicken or some smaller bird, guinea fowl? If it was chicken then it had to have been a very young bird. The legs were shorter than one of my fingers and the thighs were just as small. For the price I paid I was expecting at least a normal sized leg and thigh. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere for awhile.

First tired telling me we don’t do take out from the buffetFound out online they do went back and they tried charging me $23.99 for 3 small pieces of pizza and 3 pieces of chickenAnd told me “ I told u , u wasn’t gojng to get that to go “ and then when I told them that’s way to much they took the box and threw the food away

We were the only ones there as it was towards the end of the night. The staff were great, let us use a plug in to charge a phone. Main factor of a good rating is the kids had a blast and enjoyed the pizza. The price is what it was for 2 pizza, 2 orders of wings, and a plate of cheese sticks. Somehow we ended up with a dessert pizza, may have been gratis. Thanks pizza ranch. Personally I only go for buffet if possible, great buffet.

Friday night at 7:40. 12 people in line after a ball game and Staff refused service because they were closing at 8 and didn't want to make large order.

Honestly a waste of time and money the only thing they had was mushy looking green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy and fried chicken that wasn't even good besides pizza of course. The foutain drinks tasted like soap just not a pleasant experience.
