The food all came out person by person by the time all five had food the 1st person was cold and we found the cook doesn't know what rare means as everything was well done ... people who arrived after us got there food before us... Our server took for ever to get anything and they might have had 8 tables of people... and the food runner brought out most of the food ... The table with the screaming and crying was so horrible we all decided to just leave cause you couldn't have a conversation.... Will never go there again...

Stopped in around 3:30. Slow time for them. Ordered Tea, and Ceasor Salad. It was pretty good. They did not come back to refill our drinks. So I held my glass up and the bar tender came over. But a different waitress brought my drink over.

I am so disappointed this run. I take my client here after every appointment, itās become our little spot. Usually the service is A1 and food is delicious. The food was alright this time, service was absolutely terrible. Although our waitress was as sweet as pie, she didnāt come to us quick enough after being seated.and they werenāt all that busy. I seen her walking about aimlessly for 7 minutes before getting to us. Also, let me back up. My client uses a walker, we had someone holding the door, so we didnāt need help. But a man in a purple shirt who Iām assuming is the manager, came up and scolded the hostess for not holding the door, and he came to āhold the doorā and just ended up being in our way. And lastly, I always get the combo appetizer as my meal (I like options) I had the waitress ask if I could sub my quesadilla portion for more boneless wings, I was willing to it extra no problem. My request was denied lol which isnāt the end of the world but I just donāt see the problem if Iām willing to pay? Whatever. Iām upset that this favorite place of ours is turning into another insufferable place. Hope thatās not the case, butā¦

We got the meal deals. Chicken sandwich was awesome. Asked for bacon cheeseburger to be well done it wasn't. S/O usually doesn't like fries but he liked yours.
Biggest issue was the wait at the door to get in. The place HD only a couple customers and the person who was supposed to seat people was not there for a good 10 minutes. She acted like she really didn't want to be there. While we were eating one of the servers had to tell her people were waiting. When we had finished eating we couldn't find our server. We had to ask for someone to find her.
I canāt believe this place is still open! Upon arrival, the wait was 15 minutes with every other table open. Sat down, took 10 minutes to get a waitress to our table. Ordered drinks and food together, we were already tired of the wait. Should have walked out then. Ordered, took 45 minutes to get 2 easy meals off the 2/$25. Took the waitress multiple attempts and 10 minutes to get a simple refill of our soda. The food is still pretty good, but the atmosphere is subpar and the service/wait times are terrible. This could be a great restaurant still, but it appears to not be run or managed well. This will be our familyās last visit after 20 years of patronizing.

Disgusting Food, Dreadful Wait, Good Alcohol, and Pleasant Staff.
We waited over an hour for a burger and chicken. FiancƩ's food tasted like it had been sitting out for 30 minutes, and I actually had to spit out my rice because it was too undercooked to eat. The drinks, however, were delicious as always, and they did discount our bill a bit, presumably for the extensive wait. If we ever go back, it will just be for the bar.
