I am so disappointed this run. I take my client here after every appointment, it’s become our little spot. Usually the service is A1 and food is delicious. The food was alright this time, service was absolutely terrible. Although our waitress was as sweet as pie, she didn’t come to us quick enough after being seated.and they weren’t all that busy. I seen her walking about aimlessly for 7 minutes before getting to us. Also, let me back up. My client uses a walker, we had someone holding the door, so we didn’t need help. But a man in a purple shirt who I’m assuming is the manager, came up and scolded the hostess for not holding the door, and he came to “hold the door” and just ended up being in our way. And lastly, I always get the combo appetizer as my meal (I like options) I had the waitress ask if I could sub my quesadilla portion for more boneless wings, I was willing to it extra no problem. My request was denied lol which isn’t the end of the world but I just don’t see the problem if I’m willing to pay? Whatever. I’m upset that this favorite place of ours is turning into another insufferable place. Hope that’s not the case, but…

Disgusting Food, Dreadful Wait, Good Alcohol, and Pleasant Staff. We waited over an hour for a burger and chicken. Fiancé's food tasted like it had been sitting out for 30 minutes, and I actually had to spit out my rice because it was too undercooked to eat. The drinks, however, were delicious as always, and they did discount our bill a bit, presumably for the extensive wait. If we ever go back, it will just be for the bar.

Biggest issue was the wait at the door to get in. The place HD only a couple customers and the person who was supposed to seat people was not there for a good 10 minutes. She acted like she really didn't want to be there. While we were eating one of the servers had to tell her people were waiting. When we had finished eating we couldn't find our server. We had to ask for someone to find her.
I can’t believe this place is still open! Upon arrival, the wait was 15 minutes with every other table open. Sat down, took 10 minutes to get a waitress to our table. Ordered drinks and food together, we were already tired of the wait. Should have walked out then. Ordered, took 45 minutes to get 2 easy meals off the 2/$25. Took the waitress multiple attempts and 10 minutes to get a simple refill of our soda. The food is still pretty good, but the atmosphere is subpar and the service/wait times are terrible. This could be a great restaurant still, but it appears to not be run or managed well. This will be our family’s last visit after 20 years of patronizing.

Family of five. 25+ minute wait for food, which was nearly cold on arrival, two dishes were made poorly without sauce, another 10 minute wait for silverware which we had to go and request because our waiter 'forgot'
The bill was nearly $80 for low quality, cold and miscooked food, wasn't even busy, several staff were sitting around talking by this time of the night (still two hours to closing)
On top of this, the portions have grown smaller yet, with lower quality and a rise in pricing. Will not be coming back.

We went there about a month ago and waited over 2 hours for our food it wasn’t all that busy people who came in after us got there good we called and they swnt us gift cards to try again. We wen’t there again tonight and it was worse than before all We got was the appetizer it came out burnt and cold it was so good once upon a time what happend?? We use to go there a few times a month now we probaly will never go back.

I went 10/30/24 & had the rudest wait staff. The waitress was rude and barely asked us what we needed and when we went to the bar the bartender seemed angry we were attempting to order from the bar after our waitress wouldn’t come back for our drink order. I’ve said it before but for a “nice” restaurant your staff is incredibly rude. I miss the way it was years ago.
