The food is almost always fresh. However it's like the more coupons you use the more the policy changes on the coupons. Every week or so even if the coupon is not expired it's changed. They didn't take the coupons to keep you coming back. Then let me see that you have a coupon. Then you can only use it three times when the coupon clearly says six. It's not like if I use a coupon it's coming from the cashier's check. I'm like it's not even worth it. Don't accept or print coupons if you don't want the customers to use them.

Riverside location in Rockford, 2 front end male staff were conversing very loudly about the sandwiches Arby's serves. One of the males swore almost every other word. The other was fine. Left without ordering. Ridiculous behavior

Horrible. Asked for 4 plain sandwiches and got regular sandwiches with lots of mayo, lettuce and tomato. I called twice with no answer so I ended up going there and they said they aren't going to give out free food and said there isn't anything they can do about it.
I ordered a turkey, bacon ranch sandwich. The bread was quite stale. Not fresh at all. It was the only thing I ordered. Definitely not satisfied

Asked for extra Arby' sauce, got two in the bag. Ordered 2 LARGE curly fries with cheese, barely any cheese in the cups. How hard is it to put a couple of extra Arby's sauce in the bag? I told them I did not want horsey sauce. Very disappointed for the price charged.

I asked to return my drink and get a new one because the drink did not taste like the pop I ordered. I was polite and I asked if they either needed to change something with the soda machine. The girl insisted that it was diet Dr. pepper and I stated that I believe that it came from that machine, but something was wrong with it. She was not polite, she was rude and mad, and I just said I needed something different. It didn’t have to get to that point. I wasn’t blaming her for anything, but it was wrong. She practically threw a different drink at me through the drive thru and slammed the window. I understand that working in the service industry is hard. I have been there. But, there was no reason why she responded to me the way that she did. And given her reaction, I wonder if she has been met with resistance before and her automatic reaction is to be abrupt, rude, and obnoxious. I don’t know any other way to describe it.
