Greasy spoon for sure. Yuck bathrooms, sticky floors, general feel of grime. BUT the sandwiches were very good. The French onion soup was basically onion soup, but it was fine. I did not get sick so I guess the kitchen was clean enough.
Food is great . Atmosphere needs work . Alot of young children running around and screaming . Think they were the waitresses . But the cinnamon roll pancakes are the bomb . So good
Parking: Not much parking in front on side street or on the side street. Most spots taken by apartment renters from building in the back .

We had a bigger group with two rambunctious two year old twins. The waitress was helpful, patient and friendly. The food was great and terrific prices for the amount of food! Definitely will be back!
