Super sad the quality of service at this location. Beyond disappointing. Servers don’t greet customers, don’t smile and super poor manners. Stay away whether dinning in or take out.

My husband and I and some friends were there a while back and the service was terrible. We waited at least a half hour and still had no drinks. We complained and waited longer. They did nothing so we finally left. About a week ago we thought we would try again. Waiter was doing his best. My husband's drink finally came from the bar. It was terrible. A $9 drink which had a 2x2 inch ice cube in the glass with about an inch of drink in it. They did nothing about it. Food took forever to come and when it did it was barely warm. We won't be back.

Server was responsive, but not very personal. Restaurant smelled funny (kind of like stale sweat). Biggest annoyance though was the Hatch Queso appetizer- very thin dip and they only fill the bowl halfway which doesn't even get you though half the chips. Upon asking for more I was charged 80c for 2 more oz. I assume corporate is setting these rules, first not properly filling the bowl and then charging just for a little extra cheese dip- this is nickel and diming the customer and I am not pleased.

Ordered 2 orders of boneless chicken wings, spent $40 and got two boxes of what seemed like rocks. Overpriced and overcooked. Need a refund!

Someone dropped weed on my burger and when I tried to ask for a refund they denied me a refund and told me he had eyes everywhere and that I was crazy. The manager Brad doesn’t care what’s going on and if people are doing drugs in the kitchen apparently that’s their business

One of the bartenders closed in on us and insulted my boyfriends purse. He then ridiculed us with homophobic slurs and kicked us out for being "faggots." First time I ever ordered online with BWW for pick up. Had to wait upon arrival. Drove 15 min home, to discover instead of 10 Honey BarBQ, I had 6 parmesan garlic, boneless wings. I also had the onion rings I ordered but no blue cheese sauce. I called the restaurant and told them of the error. They told me there would be no refund, but I could drive back to get the correct wings. I told them I wanted an entirely new order because I didn't want cold onion rings. I returned with the order to exchange for correct. She returned several minutes later with the traditional honey bar bq wings and handed me the cold onion rings. They did not provide a refund of any kind or a coupon for future use. I won't return.

3rd consecutive time that they forgot part of my order. Had to drive 34 miles rd trip to get the kids cheeseburger they forgot, only to get a burnt and inedible burger and fries. Waited on hold for 8 min before I talked to a human, so i could ask for a manager. When I picked up the food the restaurant was at maybe 30% capacity. I didnt/don't want anything for the wasted time or money, but just letting folks know everywhere else is better.

It took 20 mins for someone to help me and the place was empty so there was no reason for that long of wait. And then I had 2 wait another 20 mins just for my food which was only 6 lemon pepper wings. So yeah I'm not a fan of this place and will not be going back. I don't recommend this place whatsoever. 2 thumbs down for me
