We live in Fulton IL, and have the bridge problem. Husband had an errand over there in clinton, so he decide picking up supper. We never got his 2 burgers in the take out( I got my sandw and onion rings). So he called and on the phone- it would upset their inventory to deal on a mistake( inventory?) .....now my husband has no supper....can the counter / worker, do you check orders?

we ordered 2 whoppers and 2 fries The girl at the counter was not nice We did not know are food was done until my husband seen it on the counter. The whoppers were terrible The fries were cold we wont be back .

Not a single employee in the entire store was wearing a hat or a hair net, so I can’t say I’m surprised that I found a hair in my food. To top it off both of my sandwiches were cold.

Ordered a whopper meal, and it had so much mayo on it. It was NASTY! I attempted to wipe it off, but it was saturated in it. The fries were cold.i had to add to the order, and the lady at the window wasn't happy (there was nobody else behind me). I am not pleased with this place and will not be going back anytime soon.

Their food is consistently good wherever I go. I like their new spicy menu and really enjoy the new spicy nuggets. Please keep those around for a while
On the evening of July 14th , 2024 -the male employee via drive thru was rude -the burger was cold too.It wasn't busy -he didn't bother to say thank you .This place has gone downhill

I had ordered a bacon melt on DoorDash yesterday only to receive it with NO BACON on it! This is the second time I’ve had a burger missing bacon that ACTUALLY was supposed to come with bacon! I understand it be a long day at work cuz I work in fast food too but missing the same thing twice in a row like that is ridiculous. No harm done here y’all just needa pay attention that’s all.

I stopped for lunch. Went through the drive through ordered the number 1. Wich is the whopper added cheese, the french fries were absolutely appalling, dried out and disgusting they looked like they had sat an hour been precooked, the old grease taste in the fries was absolutely gross. They tossed extra lettuce on the sloppy thing because I said no onion. The drive through workers were very nice, courteous and speedy. Wasn't a good experience.

Onion rings were under cooked. I asked for onion ring sauce didn't receive any. My whopper was what I asked for but the bun was very soggy.
