I’m no salad expert but I think the cleanliness of the salad my wife was served was not acceptable.

Let me start from the beginning:
We entered the restaurant around 7:10
We placed our order around 7:15
Up to now everything was going pretty routine
She ordered a salad and I ordered a club sandwich and a bowl of the soup of the day…
We waited, and waited and waited…
At 7:42 our food showed up at the table, when I asked what took so long we were told that the food gets made in the order the kitchen receives the tickets. I replied with “do you think it’s acceptable to wait almost 30 minutes for soup, salad and a cold sandwich?”
The waitress replied with
“ I can only do what I can”
So we began to eat our food and then my wife starts picking pieces of her salad “bricks of lettuce” out of her salad.
That wasn’t the big deal the issue was that it took almost 30 minutes to get the salad and it wasn’t even prepared.
Then the camels back was broken when she discovered there was dirty “that’s correct unclean lettuce in her salad”
I post two photos with this the first was when I placed the 2 oz salad dressing container next to it.
Then I reached in my pocket for a quarter and realized I had my pocket size tape measure.

The reason this review is being posted is because when the waitress (super sweet lady) went to the manager she was told that she was too busy to come talk to me. So since I couldn’t talk to the manager I’m hoping someone sees this and talks to the kitchen staff about the food they are sending out to the customers.

I hope this post is both helpful “for consumers” and motivating “for the business owners”

Went back to give a 2nd chance for n a bad meal. It was even free. Waited once again for a burger and onion rings. Burger hard as brick. Onion rings cold. Waited close to an hour. Taco salad meat was cold. Never waste your money.

Only place to eat at the casino. Food is hit and miss, as well as the service. It's not bad, not good either. Hits the spot if hungry, IF you can get service.

I went there today and placed the order, boneless wings and end up Getting, bone and wings Cold food did not appreciate that

The atmosphere was great but our waitress hardly came around us and we needed to order our food and get more drinks later. We had to ask the guys who work in the kitchen for more drinks and stuff we needed .

Was wondering why the food was taking so long, I'm guessing they needed more time to overcook everything. Ordered a patty melt... The most dry burger I've ever tasted, no sautéed onions, just slices, one piece of bread was burnt and the other stale. Also ordered a reuben... which smelled like wet dog. Didn't have the courage to taste it. The service though, was just as bad as the food, maybe a little bit better. My cup of cottage cheese was ok. Bottom line, it wasn't bad, it was atrocious.

Very disappointed in the food and service fries were cold burgers were nothing great son ordered a western burger came out missing BBQ sauce and that's a main ingredient in it.

Water tasted funny but waitress was very good and got me a different beverage right away. We only ate tacos and they were good the meat was well seasoned.

Nice and quiet bar to enjoy a good conversation or a drink just to relax. Prices are a little more than around Clinton County but it is a hotel bar.
The only thing I didn't like is being able to smell and breathe in the cigarette smoke from the casino.
