To begin with, I was celebrating my birthday with my kids and I wanted to go someplace I hadn't been to before. The owner was very nice and the food was delicious. My kids mentioned it was my birthday earlier in the week, so at the end of our meal I was served a wonderful dessert with a candle and people sang Happy Birthday to me and I got to blow out the candle. Then she did a silly trick and put whipped cream on my face. We laughed so hard. It was so fun. Thank you Gloria...
Really nice family running the business! The service was good, and the food was awesome! They were willing to make me runny eggs and biscuits & gravy at 6pm, which will bring us back for sure. Inside was slow and kinda quiet but that was perfect for us
Hadn't been to Cousins before tonight. Safe to say, if there had been a dinner rush, it was over when we arrived.I had the George chicken. It was a chicken breast cut into strips with a golden batter. It was served with a sweet white sauce for dipping. Also, it had a vegetable (green beans tonight), and my choice of potato (I chose baked) and soup (I had chicken and dumplings soup) or salad. My 3 star is based on flavor. It was all just so bland... except for that soup....
