Love the food, however the place always has dirty tables and we have to wash it our selves and the entry way smells like they use very dirty musty mops, the drink area is a disaster and never cleaned up.

I come here at least once a month when I’m craving a burger + curds & it consistently hits the spot! The service is always fast & friendly whether you’re dining inside, in the drive thru, or mobile ordering. In my experience, the food is always on point as well. Hats off to the Culver’s crew!!

Ever since the fire in 2018 this Culver’s has been bad everytime I order after 5pm. Meat is ALWAYS super burnt on the bottom. I ask them not to burn the meat and they act like I asked them to walk on water. This used to be my favorite place to eat. Now I hate going here.

Great food with decent prices and the service is always nice. And all of the employees act like they want to be at work.
So every time I come in or order for dd, I order myself a double with Texas toast and Swiss cheese..... No matter if I tell them no onion or mushrooms it always comes on my sandwich no matter what!!! I have stopped coming to Culver's because of this issue. I hate that no one can read the board or instructions for each sandwich/ order and just go based off what they know. I am very disappointed because I really like eating here when I do eat out.

The Culvers in Clinton, IA was pretty bad. There were six employees standing behind the counter. There was so much chatter amongst the employees, that the cashier could not hear me when I was ordering. The table and floors were dirty and when I mentioned to an employee that someone spilled a drink by the condiments, they looked at me and did not acknowledge it and never cleaned it up. The windows were filthy and the cod was really greasy. Such a shame as ive been to other Culvers which are much better. Maybe teach this crowd of people behind the counter to get a dish cloth and start cleaning.
