I genuinely do not think I’ve ever had a good experience at this location. If there’s more than 4 cars in line your ice cream will be melted. I’ve had food missing almost every time I order with no help from staff. Kids are young, no issue if they did their job. I’ve watched them flip their hair around and make tik toks in the back while I stand around for my ice cream. I’ve had hair in my food and ice cream countless times. It’s disgusting and I’m sure behind what we can see at the window and counter is even more disturbing. I hope they get new management or a surprise visit from the health department.

The young man that waited on us was extremely polite. DQ chicken tenders are the best! Got a yummy oreo ice cream cake too and can't wait to celebrate our Granddaughters birthday with it!

Poor service and I order a 7$ large blizzard and they put it in a medium drink cup with a lid on it then proceeded to show me they original dq cup and says that it’s been changed for 5 years I’m baffled

Bout 6 highschool kids behind counter & from what I seen only 1 working!!! Definitely needs a manager there, several customers waiting & waiting for orders!!! It was a party behind counter!!! Lots yelling & no 1 cleaning tables not a great place & that's asham. Probably won't be going back!!! 😕

It's Friday night, grandkids would love ice cream...it's 8pm. We drive down to DQ and 14 cars in drive thru and I thought I will go into the lobby. CLOSED AT 8PM on a Friday night. Really??? Drive thru open toll 9:30. Ridiculous. Can't wait for Carol's Northend Dairy Treat to open.

Wife and I both had meals finished with a sundae. The food was good and the people were nice. Only negative was clean the bugs off the window sills and wash the windows.

You should not be able to order food items through the drive thru or they should at least make u pull around and park and bring it out I should never have to wait 45 minutes for a ice cream just because the 3 cars that were in front of me ordered food
