After I pulled up to the window, I was greeted by a friendly young man, who apologized for my wait time. It was kind of long, but anyone who has worked in these kind of environments knows, these kind of things happen from time to time. They were extremely busy, as I looked through the window, they had a team of younger people in there, working their tails off, and working together as a team to get these orders knocked out. Food was great and all, but I was standing at the counter for almost 20mins with several people glancing at me but never taking my order. I would think they all at least know how to take my order no? Some of them weren’t even doing anything. I try to be positive about reviews because I worked in a restaurant before but this is crazy..
Mostly teens doing a good job during the dinner rush hour. We used the phone app and was there on time. Ordered for 8 ppl. ALL the fries were nice and hot and ALL burgers cold. They forgot 3 items so had to go back. It's all good. Would still give repeat business.
