I've had mostly positive experiences when ordering from the Domino's in Clinton. I often use the online app but once in a while I need something special that's not on the menu they are most helpful.

The only thing is that they have a drive up window "after hours" which I didn't know as I'm not from around here.. when I knocked on the window to try to pick up my order that I had placed on the phone.. the lady completely ignored me. It would have been nice if she had just made me aware that I needed to go to the window. Or even they could have mentioned that over the phone when I placed my order luckily I took the time to read the signs on the side of the building before leaving... But I was quite frustrated and tired after a long day at work..

An hour and thirteen minutes for one pizza and wings to get delivered 6.7 miles away. According to the auto text I received, it took the driver 43 min to drive to my hotel. The food is not even warm. So disappointing dominoes. 😞 When my pizza actually got here it, half of it was upside down.

First order was delivered and order was wrong. Also looked like the delivery driver dropped my order because the pizza and dessert were smashed. Called to ask them to remake it. Person on the phone was rude. They ended up dropping off the remade pizza on my porch with no door knock or doorbell ring. Found the pizza 40min later cold and smashed like they threw it on my porch. On my initial order I tipped the driver $10 (ordered online and select tip amount at checkout). I'd recommend not going to this place, and if you do, pay in cash, check your pizza and definitely tip in cash so you don't get ripped off like I did. I was too scared to eat the food so I ended up throwing everything away.

Place your order on the phone and you get an AI "assistant". When it screwed up my order thru read back I asked to talk to a live person. My phone call was then transfered to call center. The whole process of placing an order was made long and inconvenient by a company that's sells convenience because if I wanted good pizza I sure wouldn't be calling Domino's.
Tried to order 3 pizzas on the app, it didnt work so i tried to order by phone and got an AI ordering thing, that didn't work, so I got transfered to a call center and that didn't work so I hung up the phone. Very disappointing, ended up going with pizza hut

Doesn’t even deserve one star the employees and manager are rude and careless would never order from here and the food is disgusting at this location also if they bring your order to the wrong address they won’t do anything about it absolutely worthless

I have received pizza deliveries at my home several times, today I ordered a pizza at Domino's Clinton, Iowa, and I was denied delivery - "you are out of our range!!!", I was told. The general manager was rude and offered no explanation why today was different from days past when my pizza was delivered. The web site does not indicate the boundaries of delivery making their claim a misrepresentation of their services - I believe there are laws that protect customers from this kind of shenanigans. Domino Pizza will be out of my list of places to do business. Now I understand why the low ratings…
