Every time I go there, the lady just assumes that I’m just buying a drink when I just also would like food also but apparently I’m not allowed to eat at 5 o’clock in the morning

Food was terrible been to other Dunkin Dounts and food was excellent. This faculties food is horrible as only 2 tiny pieces bacon on each sandwich and those tiny pieces were like burnt scraps on the croissant and bagel and both were burnt breads and the hash browns were soggy. Is very sad this facility is this bad when others are excellent. Please don’t order any of the food from this facility.

Manger is very rude. When asked who her boss was she said someone in Chicago idk and walked way. I placed order online. Waited over 5 min in line to get it. Gave my name acted like I did not place an order after money came off my card. After another 5 min giving me a hard time finally got my food. Thst looks like they threw in the bag and cintainer

I had an AMAZING experience today at Dunkin’. My friend and I originally came here to get drinks. My friend got her drink and while I was waiting for mine, one of the workers asked us if we wanted free donuts. Of course, we’re like heck yeah! We were expecting like maybe 2 donuts, but he whipped out a big box and we were like oh my gosh period. He let us pick out a whole box worth of whatever donuts we wanted. Definitely not what we were expecting. He was super duper nice to us + he made my fav drink (mango pineapple refresher), and it was AMAZING 🔥🔥. His lip gloss was also poppin’ I honestly kind of wanted it. I should have asked what his name was so I could include it in this review because he definitely deserves to be praised. THANK YOU for the donuts it made my friend’s and my day!!!

I come here pretty often, sometimes a few times a week because I'm too busy to make my own coffee or breakfast. The workers are the absolute sweetest ever and I recognize them all. I adore their vibes and wish them all the good things in life. My coffee is always made perfectly & it makes my life a little bit easier and gives me energy to get through the day.

I came through this morning during rush and service was still bubbly and quick! I realized I got the wrong sandwich and my coffee was missing a cream. I came back through and without questioning it the sweet manager fixed my coffee and had the right sandwich to me with a smile on her face! i’ve been coming here for 4 years and this is the only time i’ve ever had a mess up! love this crew and the vibes they bring❤️

Went to pick up order on 2/26/25 and staff claimed they were closed and handed us a receipt. Follow up the next day and this is the drink I get. My daughter said she watched the employee pour half of my drink out to add whipped cream. C'mon. Peeps...

The woman I believe in the manager has been extremely rude. Told me not to snatch things from her when I was just trying not to drop it as I was at the drive up window. The next time I went she was just as rude in the store saying I was eye balling her while she made my order. As a customer service manager for the last 20 years I would never have her running my store and I won't be back.

Dunking was good, but they didn't put much cream n sugar in it the coffee. It's always hit or miss, depending on who's working. I will be coming back.

The cashier behind the counter was extremely courteous and thoughtful. I just can't say enough about how nice she was and you could just tell service was her top priority and she gave it and that's why I'm doing this review because she's like a hidden secret I told her she should give workshops on how to give service.
