This was our first time here, we came with friends to celebrate a birthday and it was an amazing time. Everything was fresh and delicious, the rolls were outstanding and you can't leave without the cheesecake. The atmosphere was really nice. The server was wonderful and even brought a beautiful candle and sang for the birthday guy. Just a top notch experience!

This business recently asked a server to cover half of an order of a customer who couldn’t pay (~$50) recently. This practice is unethical and for a company to have the audacity to assume their employee should be responsible for covering any portion of a loss , when they likely are not being paid above minimum wage, is idiocy. This company took to social media to defend their position and were roasted in the comment section. They deleted the post of course and reposted an altered version leaving a more favorable chain of events. Whoever made the decision to have server cover half (even if they were eventually paid back) is stupid. What’s next, having the kitchen crew cover spoilage because the manager ordered too much? Bad business, bad practice, bad ethics. I ate here once it was ok.

One of my go-to spots when I'm in Clinton, the sushi is always nice and the hibachi hot. This time I had the mermaid roll and steak hibachi. The service was fast and responsive, the wait from order to table was less than 10 minutes. The price was on par for the higher end establishment that Fujiyama is! The interior is decorated nicely and has a calming vibe.
