Excellent customer service displayed by Angie at the front registers yesterday! During the downpour late afternoon several customers were waiting to run to our cars until the storm subsided. Angie showed us to the drive up and offered to have someone load groceries for us. She also offered solutions to keep our frozen products cold until the rain let up. It’s excellent customer concern like Angie displayed that keeps me coming back to Hyvee.

Check your Aisles Online receipts. Not only will the store consistently not contact you for substitutions, when they do substitute, they charge you the higher price even though it’s against their policy. Complained and the Service Manager said she would fix it— literally have to call every single order because I am overcharged, or they substitute without contacting— and she never contacted me back. Hunter is the only one who will help you. You have to check every order and receipt, and call every time. Horrible Horrible Horrible

Came in to pick up a birthday cake and we had the best time! They even announced my son's birthday on the intercom and several people said hi and happy birthday to him. Thanks for always making customers feel special at Hy-Vee, we love coming here!

Hy Vee states that you can come in anytime the pharmacy is open and you do not need an appointment to get a Covid booster shot. My wife drove her 83 year old mother to the Clinton HyVee. They got there about 25 minutes before the pharmacy was to close. The pharmacist refused to give them the booster shot. First he said he would have to open a vial and the rest of the vial would go bad. After my wife went to the store manager who also said they would not the shot and gave a bunch of other excuses. The final excuse was since there is a 15 minute waiting period after the shot, the pharmacy would be closed by the time the 15 minutes was up. If they had given the shot when they came in the pharmacy would have still been open. But apparently the pharmacist wanted to go home early because he closed the steel grating 15 minutes before the pharmacy was even supposed to close! Going home early was more important to the pharmacist than the life of an 83 year old customer! Worst yet he is the manager of the pharmacy.

Love there customer service and attention to detail. Joline and Brodie (hope I spelled there names right) diffantly my favorite. They seem to keep their focus no matter the situation. In floral I am happy the lady with glasses is now running it she cares about whatever occasion you get flowers or arrangements for. Thanks Hyvee.
Sign says wait to be seated. Stood and waited, 2 employees looked at us never said a word. The girl walked away and the boy sat down in a booth. Figured they didnt want our business so we left. We found another place that actually wanted our business!?

I got mixed fruit it was disgusting it smelled like it was fermenting I couldn't stomach it right maybe three bites the salad I got was all melted wet nasty disgusting on the bottom and I called up and said I could bring it back and get my money back but two out of the three things I bought before I went to work we're so bad I couldn't eat that so now I am at work for 12 hours and I have nothing to eat in my opinion if two out of three things you buy are that bad never shop there again

Never had the Chinese food from here before, but was told it was very good. My over all first impressions will be the last however, as the food was terrible. It honestly would have tasted better if i had grabbed it out the dumpster. I'm definitely not going to repeat the experience and just go to the better places around town. Way to over priced for what you get. Better food can be found elsewhere and for a lower cost. -5/5.
