You can't go wrong with Hy-Vee, it's always clean, and inviting, and it has great prices too. I have not had a bad experience. When dealing with Hy-Vee, so I would recommend this place.

Update: picking up a prescription and groceries today. Fantastic service.On this day I was at Hy-Vee for the pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is always over the top. I got my flu shot, quickly in and out, so in addition to prescriptions, they have vaccinations too.

Smelled badly like fish in back of store at end of night. Had some good deals though, unfortunately they usually run out of sale items. They provide rain checks but I would call first before driving more than 5 minutes to get there

Bakery staff not very pleasant. Made cake order wrong on two different occasions. First time I had told the manager and the bakery employee pretty much ran the show and was yelling and raising her voice which made us all very uncomfortable. Second time I didn’t even bother contacting a manger will not ever order cake from here again. Also not to mention price went up so not really a benefit of any sort ordering your cake from Hyvee.

Went to Customer service wanted to sign up for rewards. 2 customers were ahead of me at the counter only one employee helping them. Was standing there about 3 minutes when a employee walked up to make a purchase. The 1st Customer was done the employee behind the counter went to the other customer who was next then the employee cut in front of me that walked up, went up to the counter and then another employee walked behind the counter to help that employee. I said I was next the only person to acknowledged me was the Customer. So I said you just lost my business and walked out. I will not shop there. Also I read some of the reviews seems they responded more to the positive one then the negative ones. I received an email that said they woul like to discuss my issue further. I called the store but the person wasn't in. I left my number with an associate she said he would contact me never herd back.

I am from out of town and needed a prescription filled. Was told I could use my insurance at HyVee. When I arrived I was informed only HyVee in Davenport could handle it with my insurance. Luckily for me, Jill saw I was upset so she looked up good RX for me and took it from 60.00 to 14.00. She did great customer service. She made the whole experience so much better. Thank you Jill.

if you show the bakery the exact cake you want, I promise they will give you the exact opposite then offer zero refunds. Definitely don't recommend:)

Went into hyvee for Chinese almost two hours before closing. Manager would not let the kid make any food. We asked for Mongolian beef. Had it but couldn’t serve it. Garlic chicken, didn’t have it and wouldn’t make it. Did the same thing to the people before me. The only thing the manager would let the kid make was chicken and he even had to sneak that. How do you expect to have a business like that?

The best craft beer selection that I know of within 30 miles. Wine and liquor selection seems decent. Prices are mostly pretty reasonable, some are way higher than other local stores though.

This was probably the best stocked store I have been to since COVID19 began. Everything was stocked and where it was supposed to be, customer service was great.
Had a horrible experience with the bakery manager, once again. She was too busy gossiping while putting items on the shelf, she was swearing and talking about sex and affairs. She took one look at me, scuffed, and moved to a different area and loudly explained "she can't believe she has to deal with customers and she honestly hated her job". ive never felt less than human by anyone else in the store. Her name is Kate this is the 3rd time ive been treated like crap by her, on top of seeing her treat her coworkers just as equal.

Hy Vee states that you can come in anytime the pharmacy is open and you do not need an appointment to get a Covid booster shot. My wife drove her 83 year old mother to the Clinton HyVee. They got there about 25 minutes before the pharmacy was to close. The pharmacist refused to give them the booster shot. First he said he would have to open a vial and the rest of the vial would go bad. After my wife went to the store manager who also said they would not the shot and gave a bunch of other excuses. The final excuse was since there is a 15 minute waiting period after the shot, the pharmacy would be closed by the time the 15 minutes was up. If they had given the shot when they came in the pharmacy would have still been open. But apparently the pharmacist wanted to go home early because he closed the steel grating 15 minutes before the pharmacy was even supposed to close! Going home early was more important to the pharmacist than the life of an 83 year old customer! Worst yet he is the manager of the pharmacy.

Love there customer service and attention to detail. Joline and Brodie (hope I spelled there names right) diffantly my favorite. They seem to keep their focus no matter the situation. In floral I am happy the lady with glasses is now running it she cares about whatever occasion you get flowers or arrangements for. Thanks Hyvee.

I got mixed fruit it was disgusting it smelled like it was fermenting I couldn't stomach it right maybe three bites the salad I got was all melted wet nasty disgusting on the bottom and I called up and said I could bring it back and get my money back but two out of the three things I bought before I went to work we're so bad I couldn't eat that so now I am at work for 12 hours and I have nothing to eat in my opinion if two out of three things you buy are that bad never shop there again
