Busy busy busy!!! But they worked hard to keep up, and didn't do too bad. It was lunch and they got blasted with a few cats and big big orders. They were all working and getting sandwiches out, freaky fast!!!

Pulled into the drive through at 10:30am on February 14, 2025- placed an order for 3 little John turkey sandwiches, a regular tuna and a regular Italian (no meals), was told at the window that if I wanted to order than many sandwiches I needed to use the app as they had other orders. Let’s just say she wasnt nice either, voice raised and very defiant! Needless to say, it was 10:30am, not a single car in the drive through or parking lot and 5 employees standing around when we were told this. Very unprofessional and wrong! If you can’t pull in and order simple sandwiches why have a drive through. Proceeded to call customer service and file a complaint. I have ordered several times through the drive through, ordering more than 5 sandwiches and have never had an issue before. Kelsi needs a reality check for working fast food!!!

Ordered from the 16th st location, to be delivered to Nestle Purina, took an hour! This has happened more than once! Highly recommend to order ahead of the time.
I typically go to the 2nd st location, but I went to this location the other day & WOW. The service was incredible. I wish I got the employee's name but she complimented me, was dancing and having the most wonderful time, and told me to wish her coworker a happy birthday-which brought him so much joy!! This sweet bean is spreading kindness like pixie dust and I hope she gets everything she deserves in this life. Also, the food was great!
