I went through the drive through.
For a sandwich that costs over $22 I would expect more than three tomatoes and meat that’s not dry.
Also note worthy… I couldn’t get the attention of the staff because they were too busy chitchatting.
I love Jimmy John’s and aside from price which I chose to pay, I’ve never had a complaint.
As such I’m going to email the CEO if I don’t get a reasonable response here.

Put in a pick up order, store was locked, no signs. Get back in the car to go through the drive through and get told it'll be 20 minutes for bread... You only sell sandwiches, how do you not have bread? Finally get home and my wife's sandwich doesn't have cheese, which it's supposed to have. Both sandwiches were supposed to be cut, neither were. My bread was scooped out, which I didn't request and didn't want. Girl at the window was rude. Overall bad time.

Consistently went to JimmyJohns once or twice a week. Got a bad sandwich that clearly had spoiled tomatoes on it. Got ill as a result. They were clearly spoiled, they had to notice. It stinks, but it happens. Left feedback and got no response. Haven't been back since. With better quality less expensive sandwiches in town, why take the chance?Reply to JJ - I did leave feedback and got NO response. I know you aren't responsible for all the food you get from your vendors. I think you staff should have noticed and pitched it. However, I would expect a response to my feedback, and since I didn't get a response I left a bad review.

Usually this is a consistent place where the food isn't the best but at least you can purchase food with expectations in a timely manner. I will say this last time we tried the new chicken caesar wrap, it was very disappointing. Barely any chicken if that's what you would even call it as the texture resembled chicken of the sea tuna. Watered down and under portioned at that. Way too much caesar dressing which again, the flavor is debatable. The only reason I was fulfilled was because I had lost my appetite. You're better than this Jimmy John's, please fix that wrap as I'm sure you're capable. We're avid buyers so I would like to give you another chance. As far as the star lost for service, it's as simple as cutting the sandwiches in half when requested. Cheers
