Consistently went to JimmyJohns once or twice a week. Got a bad sandwich that clearly had spoiled tomatoes on it. Got ill as a result. They were clearly spoiled, they had to notice. It stinks, but it happens. Left feedback and got no response. Haven't been back since. With better quality less expensive sandwiches in town, why take the chance?Reply to JJ - I did leave feedback and got NO response. I know you aren't responsible for all the food you get from your vendors. I think you staff should have noticed and pitched it. However, I would expect a response to my feedback, and since I didn't get a response I left a bad review.

Had my very first JJ sandwich tonight & was very disappointed. Dry, tasteless, the Avocado spread was barely there...couldn't even taste it. Had a turkey, avo, bacon( which I paid $2.25 extra for a strip & a half). It was #12 with added bacon. Won't go back!!!

I made an online order tonight and it was taking a little longer than usual on the app to say it was out for delivery no biggie, so I called to make sure it was received just in case. I spoke with a Lucas who stated he was just getting ready to call me to apologize. He was so nice, even said he decided to remake the sandwiches with fresh bread since they had sat there for a bit. Just wanted him to get noticed for his great customer service! I thought he was very sweet

Very rude window worker. She was cussing. And my sandwich was made wrong so I went back to get my right sandwich she snatch the bag out of my hand and tried to hand me a sandwich that was made wrong again. So I said can I get cheese added on she rolled her eyes and walked away. Even if she was having a bad day there was no reason for her attitude. Will never be back to this location again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered days in advance and pre paid for a party pack. Called 2 hours before pick up to check on order, staff stated would be done by 1, which was my pick up time. I arrived, they not only told me I had the wrong store but as well said I never placed an order or called 2 hours prior to verify order...which I did. After 20 minutes of arguing with me, the driver came back and verified yes, he spoke with me but the forgot about the order. They hurried and threw together my party packs without even apologizing for all the errors on their part. As well, the 2 women working on this day at 1:00 were beyond rude and mean mugging me the whole time instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake. The sandwiches were made so cheaply and sloppy it was embarrassing bringing them to the function that I was now 45 minutes late for. North 2nd st in Clinton store has lots of things to work on, including at least apologizing.
