Absolutely disgusting. The chicken tenders we're extremely greasy and soggy on the outside and hard as a rock on the inside, like they just come out of the freezer and been microwaved. They tasted awful, and were almost impossible to chew, It was like chewing on gristle. The store was very grungy and dirty And the staff had bad attitudes. I absolutely will never be back here and highly recommend you never go here.

I just came through for DoorDash and they said they didn’t have any chicken or tenders 30 mins before they close there lying because two other cars were leaving with bags of food I think the staff are taking the customer orders for themselves needs a real fix and poor customer service

Orderd food from here got home I trusted my whole order was in the bag it wasn't half my order was missing. Contact store next day was told I had to call corporate plus there had all lights off at 930pm they close at 10 don't order from here
very disappointed,i had to wait 20 minutes for my food to be “ready” according to the app, and then after arriving at the disgusting restaurant with tables that had what looked like mustard and ash on it. staff was rude and ignored me for nearly 10 minutes without saying a word, and when they did talk to me the girl was rude and dismissive. chicken itself was mediocre, about what you’d expect from kfc.

Food was ready on time and great tasting. Substitute the brownie for a cake which was no big deal. The employees were supper friendly even though they have been working for 3 DAYS WITH NO AC in high temps and humidity! Felt bad for the employees but they still provided great service.

Ordered 4 Spicy chicken sandwiches all of which were pretty inedible. Nothing but a couple pickles on the sandwiches and super super dry, totally Overcooked. Ordered a side of hush puppies. Asked for 6 and got 5 and a breaded shrimp. Feel like someone needs to be in charge and really see what your staff is putting out. All I can say is it was Awful and not worth the money I spent. Won't be back anytime soon!!!!

I placed my order one hour in advance, to be ready at 5:15pm for “quick pick up.” I get there, it’s not ready, but an employee says it will be right out. FIFTEEN minutes later, at 5:30 I’m told it will be 17 minutes for the items I ordered. The order I placed at 4:15 didn’t finally get done until 5:45. There is NO excuse for that. They were definitely not understaffed as they were tons of employees, some just standing around. Then I finally get home to find out I ordered a 10 piece apple turnover bites, but only got 4, and they were raw dough. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this KFC.
