Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and french fries. The Burger bun was very hard and stale and the fries were old, cold and soggy. The bar was already set low when we decided to get McDonald's but somehow the staff provided a meal even worse than I was expecting. For how expensive this garbage was you would think the teenagers working there can tell the different between a hard bun and an edible one

Ordered two orders of hotcakes through DoorDash. Each order comes with two butters and asked for three extras…only got a total of two. When I called the store to just let them know that they need to make sure everything is in the bags before letting it leave, I was met with “I’m sorry…we did run out of butter tho” i proceeded to say that if that was the case then they probably should’ve alerted the driver so they could tell me. I was then met with a rude attitude and got hung up on. Hopefully the manager sees this and retrains the employees.

Terrible location, Please take your money to the Lincoln Way location! This location has cold fries, You cannot even fill up your own cup if you want a refill, And the manager is super rude, Did not even look at me when I asked where the napkins were. And this location's nuggets are super gross. I have had big clumps of raw chicken I believe in my mouth. 20 minute wait because they backup the drive-thru and orders.
