When ordering online or thru the app, the food is never ready is cold and I end up sitting in the parking lot for 10 mins waiting on pre ordered food that says via the app that it is ready. Half the time they cant get the correct spot either.

I got in line with a mobile order at 6:22 pm, finally made it to the window at 6:43 pm and they made me PARK! Waited ANOTHER 3 min before they brought my order out!

I placed a coffee order on the mobile app . As I stood in the lobby waiting to pick up my coffee I could hear the 2 employees referring to my coffee as diabetes in cup. I’m sorry my sugar free coffee order wasn't to there taste. I live close to this location and won’t be back. Horrendous behavior.

Ordered thru the drive thru pulled around and was told pay at the second window the vehicle in front of me had payed and received there food when the employee decided to sit at the window and talk to car which wouldn’t be a issue if there wasn’t a line of cars behind waiting to pay and recieve food waited for about 15 minutes before finally leaving without event paying or receiving my food which was probably just sitting there getting cold because the employee wanted to talk and hold up the line

I live close to this location and go for the convenience on my way to work regularly. What's the point in having a mobile app if I'm still going to have to pull forward and wait 10 minutes for my food when I get there? Its not just once or twice. It seems to be every time. Plus there's a couple employees that aren't rude persay, but not polite. It's not that hard to act and smile.
