When ordering, the boy could not hear us he talked to soft. Got a banana spilt it was the worst one I ever had it was mealting all over the strawberries - were very nasty - and it did not have any chocolate on it. I did not enjoy it at all. we had our grandkids with us, and they were not happy with the ice cream at all. NO GOOD. I would give them a - NO stars

I really love this shop over other ice cream places, but I wish there was more consistency in what you get. I've had a parfait 4 different times and it has been made differently each time. Depends on who makes it. My husband got a chocolate shake that was even thinner than milk. When it was mixed and it only came about an inch from the top of the cup instead of adding more ice cream to fill it more, they added more milk. As I said the ice cream is great and I will still keep going there. I feel like inconsistency happens everywhere.

Ordered a mint shake. Got mint milk. The guy who made it spilled all over because he tried blending milk. He barely wiped it off with an old holy rag, put a second cup on, and a lid. Not to mention to help with the milk problem he added more mint so it tasted even more dreadful. Carol was nowhere to be found just some barely high school kids. When I asked the dude if I could just throw my full milk away, He didn’t ask how it was or if he could remake it just to have a good day. I’ve never had a worse ice cream experience and the place isn’t even mom n pop like. It’s just gross

I ordered a cotton candy slushie, and I basically recieved pink water. There was a thin layer of ice on top, and there was very very strong cotton taste on my first sip then the rest was just a sweet watery flavor. My husband ordered a GutBuster and the staff had said "we've never seen someone order a GutBuster!" And chatted to each other about how they we're unsure on how to make it. The GutBuster was so thick it couldnt be used by a straw. (My husband used to work there and a GutBuster is supposed to be a milkshake.) So when we asked them to remake it, and to make it thinner, they handed it back to us saying that there was to much Ice cream inside to blend it again, and gave up ?. I have never worked at a ice cream shop but even I have basic knowledge to know that if there is to much to scoop it out. And if it's too thick then add milk. This trip was very disappointing. Especially when my husband has worked here and actively made good milkshakes and frozen desserts.

We ordered a banana split deluxe it was about the same size a regular one a small amount of chocolate, vanilla, strawberry with pineapple, strawberry, and chocolate syrup, whipped cream , and cherries so can someone tell me what was so deluxe about it
