This Pizza Hut location is an absolute mess. The food quality is all over the place—one day it’s tolerable, the next it’s completely inedible. The customer service is the worst I’ve experienced anywhere—rude, unhelpful, and clearly not trained. The building itself is filthy and falling apart, which says a lot about how little management seems to care. Where are the regular employees who actually knew what they were doing? Now it’s just a bunch of clueless new hires who don’t seem to have any idea how to run a shift. This place has completely gone downhill and it’s honestly embarrassing.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but Pizza Hut has really gone downhill lately. Customer service is practically nonexistent. The new Indian gentleman working there has been especially rude and dismissive, with no regard for basic hospitality.

The food quality is all over the place—the dough is often over-proofed or past its usable time, and it shows. I also came across concerning comments about poor food safety practices, which only adds to my hesitation.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this location to others.

This transition has not only impacted morale but has also raised serious concerns about food safety. The new regional manager appears to take these standards for granted, which is deeply concerning for both employees and customers. Proper food handling and safety protocols should be a top priority, and the lack of attention in this area reflects poorly on leadership. If these issues are not addressed, it could have long-term consequences for the organization.

Ever since the new managers took over pizza hut has gone way down. I can't believe Joe is not there anymore and from what I've been hearing I don't blame him. Poor quality, poor service!

I ordered a large pepperoni cheese stuffed they had to remake mine and few other customers cause they burnt our pizzas my pizza was supposed to be done by 550 didn’t get ours til 6:12pm and they didn’t even make it right called 6 times and they didn’t even answer there phones! Not happy!!

Absolutely Disrespectful Forgets food on orders, delivers cold pizza, such a shame we have to be subjected to such terrible service and options for pizza in this town

Our wings had no sauce and they didn't give us any sauce for the breadsticks.
I wanted to let them know but customer service sent our call to the store 3x and I was hung up on 3x!!

Waited over 25 mins of expected delivery time. My food was cold and my melt was undercooked. Did not receive an item I ordered. Delivery driver said he would be back during his next delivery to bring missed item. Never showed back up.
