Stopped here for a carry our order. I have not been in this store for quite awhile, I used to eat here frequently. Mt pizza was fine, the person behind the counter was fine. The place was filthy, I can over look tables that weren't cleaned off. I don't think the entire place has been cleaned for some time. There was grime on the chairs u could scratch off with your finger nails, greasy finger prints on everything. The windows were greasy Great pizza but whoever is in charge or whoever owns the place needs to look into what's going on, I never seen this place look so bad

The new blonde manager makes door dashers wait well after the food is done and sits in the warmer while she yells at teenagers and vapes next to the oven. I pointed out that my order was already finished once and she started screaming at me and was super unprofessional and unpleasant and I heard one of the teenagers in the back tell her she was illegally keeping minors past the time they were allowed to stay and she was screaming at all of her employees. She told me I should be more understanding about them being short staffed but it sounds like she’s the reason everyone quits. And no one is going to order delivery if the food sits in the warmer for 45 minutes instead of getting to the dashers. Please don’t order delivery from this store unless you want your food to sit and get stale while your dasher patiently waits for the manager to get off her high horse and take the food out thats been done forever.

The recent change in upper management has unfortunately led to the loss of many great individuals who were integral to the team’s success. This transition has not only impacted morale but has also raised serious concerns about food safety. The new regional manager appears to take these standards for granted, which is deeply concerning for both employees and customers. Proper food handling and safety protocols should be a top priority, and the lack of attention in this area reflects poorly on leadership. If these issues are not addressed, it could have long-term consequences for the organization.
