Placed an order ahead of time for a 10pm delivery. It showed up 10 minutes early. I got to my control room and my whole order was cold. I couldn't call because they closed at 10 so I called the next day and requested to speak to a manager. I told her about my experience and she seemed irritated to help me and offered to do a credit to my account of the amount before tax. I will not be returning to pizza hut after this experience so a credit to my account is useless. Please check your food before the driver leaves if you're getting an end of night order

Pizza hut has always delivered faster than what they quote on the phone or online. This is one of the reasons we choose them most of the time. The other reasons are their pizza is always great and they are the only delivery pizza here that still accepts cash at the door and that is a huge deciding factor for us when we are selecting where to order from.

Twice in a row I've got burnt pizza's and had to throw them in the trash!!! Yet, when asked via survey if I'd like to be contacted regarding the issues,I NEVER hear a word from anyone.

The manager Deb was very helpful our door dash driver had messed up two deliveries apparently through them with other people but deb helped solve the matter and was very professional. The staff was super friendly and helpful
