We had my brothers 60 bday party and it was fantastic. We did the pizzas and salad bar. Wonderful waitress. Pizzas so good. Would recommend! Great job you guys!
Placed an order for pick up...when we got there to pick it up, I used the restroom... met the two sweetest ladies I've ever met as we had a conversation about how awfully pour the restroom was. I won't describe to you what was in one of the toilets, I will just tell you it was unusable. When we told the front end staff about the condition of the bathroom, they were well aware that one of the toilets wouldn't flush. I would highly suggest closing that one and putting a sign on it letting customers know they can't use that. Picked up our dinner and when we got home, realized the Alfredo had very hard, uncooked chunks in it. We presumed they were onions but come to find out the manager advised us that he made it himself and advised that those were chunks of garlic. When we told them our pizza was also incorrect, the manager was extremely rude...offended that we even dared to speak up. He made sure to tell me several times that he was the general manager, as that should have been impressed me when honestly, his behavior and argumentative demeanor honestly are what will deter us from ever wanting to eat here again. We will stick to Vitali's as the owners there are so kind, friendly and have a clean facility to enjoy.

Rastrell’s is a cozy Italian restaurant. We were quickly greeted with friendly staff and were seated. There was no wait but the restaurant was busy just after 5:00 pm. The menu has several entrees of Italian cuisine. They also have a salad bar. It was clean with a vintage vibe. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their menu items. We ordered the Wild Mushroom Ravioli and Chicken Carbonara along with salad bar. Both entrees were fabulous. The Wild Mushroom Ravioli had an outstanding flavor.
I have never had anything like it. Prices were very reasonable and had leftovers to take home. Definitely recommend this place.

Got Pizza to go, my husband also left a tip on the payment. Ran his debit card, cashier said the card didn’t work need to run it again. So he did, got charged double, went back twice and manager said they would credit it back to his card, but it takes a few days. Three weeks later still nothing, $43. for a $18. Pizza. Never again
My wife and I haven't been here for a few years but have been coming since we were kids. The restaurant wasn't very cool, my wife's fettuccine Alfredo was bland and extremely soupy, my chicken parm seemed like it was reheated the sauce was so dry as was the chicken. Things have definitely changed, those dishes never would've left the kitchen in the Rastrellis I remember. Our waitress was great though.

Had booked a large group of 30, 10 young children. Agreed to limited menu. But when given menu was no prices per selection. Only 1 waitress to accommodate a large group of 30 people. Waitress did a great job and was courteous throughout . Did the best she could under the circumstances. Was a long wait to put order in and longer wait receiving food. Was told could pay thru waitress or up front at cashier desk. Some with younger children went up front to pay cause was getting late and may be quicker. Received a call later that night accusing us of someone that did not pay their bill. Which the young individual who ran the card thru their system didn’t do something correctly. So couple that was accused of this, contacted them and gave the the card info to correct the matter. Was no apology from management which was error on their part. Reservation was at 6:00 and finally paid to leave at 8:30-9:00.

Had a group of 30 for a 90th birthday celebration. Had booked in advance with numbers to be sure could handle that many. We were to be in the upfront area, but when arrived, were brought back to a private back room which was fine. Were given a limited menu which we had agreed to do. But there were no prices on the menu per selection. Was giving only 1 waitress to adhere to this large group. The waitress did a great job and was courteous throughout. She did the best she could do under the circumstances. One would think there would have been 2 waitresses to accommodate such a large group. Long wait in putting order in, and longer wait to receive food, as there were 10 young children in this group. Were then told could pay thru waitress or go to the front register to pay. Some went up front to pay to get thru faster with the younger children. Received a phone call later that night, stating we had someone leave without paying. When in fact they did pay at front desk, but young individual did something wrong when running the card thru their system. No apologies from management when error was on their part. Had a 6:00 reservation and finally left at 8:30. If we had known this would all have taken place we would have went with our 2nd choice. Management should have been more upfront when looking at booking our reservation, whether being short staffed etc. Would not recommend !!!
I enjoyed Rastrelli's French Onion soup and salad bar for lunch Sunday. Their legendary salad bar is really great. Lots of variety and great dressings. I especially enjoyed their chicken salad and homemade croutons. Their fresh melons were also very sweet and tasty.

I am writing to share some concerns regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment, which was notably disappointing and fell short of the standards I have previously associated with Rosrellis.
Service Issues:
Order Time: It took over 30 minutes for someone to take our order. This delay is unacceptable and significantly impacted our dining experience.
Order Handling: A guest had to physically take orders to your staff. This lack of efficiency and organization is concerning.
Billing Issues: Another group in our party was accused of attempting to avoid paying their bill due to a malfunction with your payment system. This accusation was unfounded and inappropriate.
Group Handling: It is evident that your team is currently unable to accommodate large groups (30+), resulting in substantial delays and poor service.
Food Quality Concerns:
Taste Testing: It appears that no one is taste-testing the food before it is served. This fundamental oversight needs immediate attention to ensure quality.
Chicken: The chicken served was dry and lacked seasoning.
Noodles: The noodles in the fettuccine Alfredo were overcooked and mushy. The sauce was more akin to a paste and lacked any seasoning with herbs, salt, or pepper.
Menu Pricing: The prices were not listed on the menu, and we were not informed in advance that all food would be consolidated onto one bill.
It is disheartening to witness the decline in quality and service at Rosrellis, an establishment I have enjoyed for many years. Fourteen years ago, you were known for making fresh butter from scratch and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Unfortunately, it appears there has been a shift towards cost-cutting at the expense of quality.
Additionally, it is concerning that there seems to be a tendency to blame others for these issues, when it is clear that the responsibility lies solely with the management. Effective leadership and management are crucial to the success of any establishment, and it is imperative that these issues are addressed at the management level.
Despite these issues, there were a few positives. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned, and the pizza was reminiscent of Manny’s Pizza, which we enjoyed.
I believe Rosrellis has the potential to return to its former glory. I strongly urge you to address these concerns and provide feedback on how you plan to rectify the issues we experienced. I am hopeful that you will take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary changes to restore the high standards Rosrellis was once known for.

Almost 15 years ago we had our Wedding Reception at The Tuscany. It was beautiful, service was exceptional and the food was amazing. Not only during the reception, but for the tastings leading up to it as well. We came back to town for our Grandmother's 90th birthday party over the weekend and everything was a complete let down. We had put in reservations weeks ago for a party of 32 people at 6:00. We had 1 waitress for our entire group (ended up being 29 people). This is not a reflection on the waitress, but on management's poor planning. I believe it took 40 minutes before we could put our food order in and we didn't get our food for another 45-1hr after that. people were not settling up the bills until 8:30. There were 10 kids in the party. We had agreed on a limited menu to ensure prompt, efficient service. The pasta was overcooked, sauce was bland, salad bar extremely basic. The pizza was done well. It breaks my heart that we will not be back and this is what a once beautiful restaurant has been reduced to.

We went to celebrate a 90th birthday. There were 29 in our group, of those 10 were children. We had 6:00 reservation and did not get out of there until 8:30. Since we had large party we had a limited menu, which had NO prices on the items. ONE waitress for the entire group - unacceptable !! She did the best she could with what she was dealt - shame on you management !! Fettuccine Alfredo was bland. Lasagne had mushy noodles. Have had better cheeseburgers from McDonalds. Salad bar not kid friendly, could have had jello or pudding or cheese & crackers. We were accused of having someone in our party run out on their bill - when in FACT they had run the card, it was a failure on the cashier and card company. We felt like we were shoved into a back room and forgotten about. General manager was RUDE and not once apologized for anything. DISGUSTED - WON'T BE BACK
