Nice casino, but behind the times in this day and age with non smoking!! The cigarette smoke hits you at the door!!

First time we have stayed in the hotel. Disappointed they don't offer a hot breakfast. Used to dine at the Sawmill restaurant and they don't even offer a dinner buffet anymore. Probably won't stay here anymore and will choose Hampton Inn at least for the hot breakfast.

Great small casino! Prices are reasonable both in casino and bar. Very friendly. Generous comps! It would get 5 stars if non smoking . Tay is an excellent host!

Spent $14 on alcohol just for the security to throw it in the trash. Didn't even get a chance to drink out of it. Security acts like they are police officers. Would not recommend this casino

This is a nice little casino. I was hoping for live roulette tables but they were automated. As with most casinos in Iowa, you can smoke which was unfortunate. They have a nice little bar restaurant which was adequate and an updated hotel which was comfortable and quiet. Will visit again.

This was the worst casino and hotel I have ever stayed at. To start off the trip, there was bodily fluids on the pillows and bedspread. Then taco bell was delivered to us by mistake. The front desk just told me to eat them, I told them to call door dash to see who paid for them. Next thing they I know the hotel staff is having taco party even though they said if they couldn't find the owners we would have tacos. Next morning there is a man next door screaming into his phone for 45 minutes. There was all of 4 people at the hotel so they grouped us all together the walls were so thin it was ridiculous. He finally left, then his dog started whining to continue to wake us. Then late in the evening it was last call for alcohol. An employee tells us to have our beer gone by 2. By 1:50 they took them out of our hands and threw them away. I ask to talk to managers about all of this....they were rude not sorry and wanted to focus on the tacos and door dash AKA not taking responsibility for anything that happened in theiir hotel. They were also super rude. Will NEVER stay or come here again. None if the people that work i. The hotel have any competency. However coaches is corner was fantastic!

you keep raising the price and then take items off the buffet on chicken night. It was still a good value at 5.99 even though you took away quite a few items. then you raised it to $6.99 and brought back the ice cream. Not sure what will be on it for the $8.99 price but not going to find out because I will no longer be going. I have gone just about every Wednesday night for the past 3 years.

Went for the steak buffet, you get a ticket to get 1 steak each it's a New York strip I believe. Taste was good but chewy for sure. Steaks are not all you can eat, but the rest of the buffet was. It's the smallest buffet I have ever seen, but for the $10 buck price it was very sufficient! Would for sure go again if in the area!

We won a free night there with meals so I can't say a lot bad about the place but! The first thing when you walk in the smell of cigarette smoke over comes you and it is like that all throughout the place. I don't know how the workers handle that second hand smoke. The food was ok but the waitress brought our ticket right after she served us and when we put money in the holder she never came back and we were there quite awhile. She must thought the change was her tip. We ate breakfast in the buffet and it was good not a lot of selection but very adequate and the lady making omelets was fantastic. We are not gamblers so I cant comment on the casino but all in all it was nice if you can get over the stench of cigarette smoke. After reading all the reviews I don't think we would have stayed there if we had to pay. It is a shame the owners or managers don't read the Yelp reviews as there is nothing about this place that couldn't be easily fixed. What a shame they don't care about their property.

Really well run smaller casino. Not big and flashy. Quaint and cozy. Dealers might be their first day or month on the job and are learning. Other dealers have decades of experience Pretty good selection of slot machines too. Hotel can offer cheap prices if you get a card. Otherwise it's never too pricy anyway. Decent breakfast included with a nights stay. Can be smoky from cigarettes. Free self serve sodas.
Buffet is really good for the price. Servers are friendly. Everything is clean. Fast service. It would be nice to have more room between the tables.

Payback is less of a percentage than other casinos. Spent $40 between two machines before getting any free spins or features. Just wasn't very exciting. Even the people around us seemed down. No one was winning

I cannot rate even one star for our stay here; but apparently I cannot post a review without a star...so I've given it one. The smoke is overwhelming in the casino, so much so that the parts of the hotel that we were in were also saturated with a stale smoke smell. We stayed in a room on first floor that was as far away from casino as can be....last room before the door that leads outside. Still, our "nonsmoking" room reeked of smoke. There was a large chair in our room but the fabric was worn down & smudged with dirt that looked like years of accumulation. I don't know what fabric the sheets were, but not cotton. After going to bed we did something that we have never done before.....got up, packed up our bags & left; it was around midnight.
