I got a venti hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso. Tasted like NO espresso in it, so I went back in & asked if there was becauseit tasted like straight milk.. 2 young girls were rude and made another one, same taste, more ice, less milk. So that was a great waste of almost $8 NOT getting another one there

I am not one to typically write a review, but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an establishment. About a week ago, I ordered a drink for myself and a family member of mine. Both the biggest size. I pull up to a window and the employee gives me a smaller one and the drink that I ordered. I said this is not the drink I ordered, and asked for a new one, and even offered to pay the difference. The individual standing behind the cashier at the window, presumably a manager, said that I would have to take the drink that I did not order and that she was concerned about drive time. If I wanted the drink I ordered, I would have to pay for it again, so they don’t mess up their drive time. As a customer, I do not care about your drive time. I care about getting the drink I ordered.

Excellent customer service displayed by Angie at the front registers yesterday! During the downpour late afternoon several customers were waiting to run to our cars until the storm subsided. Angie showed us to the drive up and offered to have someone load groceries for us. She also offered solutions to keep our frozen products cold until the rain let up. It’s excellent customer concern like Angie displayed that keeps me coming back to Hyvee.

They make better drinks here than the actual location on the other side of town. Convenient location. fast service with normally little wait time.

She was rude about it, like I was a inconvenience with no customers behind me. My drink was gross. They definitely let the espresso sit too long, so it tasted sour.
