I got a venti hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso. Tasted like NO espresso in it, so I went back in & asked if there was becauseit tasted like straight milk.. 2 young girls were rude and made another one, same taste, more ice, less milk. So that was a great waste of almost $8 NOT getting another one there

I am not one to typically write a review, but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an establishment. About a week ago, I ordered a drink for myself and a family member of mine. Both the biggest size. I pull up to a window and the employee gives me a smaller one and the drink that I ordered. I said this is not the drink I ordered, and asked for a new one, and even offered to pay the difference. The individual standing behind the cashier at the window, presumably a manager, said that I would have to take the drink that I did not order and that she was concerned about drive time. If I wanted the drink I ordered, I would have to pay for it again, so they don’t mess up their drive time. As a customer, I do not care about your drive time. I care about getting the drink I ordered.

Tried this location for the first time. I go to starbucks all across the country. Had to show the girl how to make my order from Starbucks website. She was rude about it, like I was a inconvenience with no customers behind me. My drink was gross. They definitely let the espresso sit too long, so it tasted sour.
