Excellent customer service displayed by Angie at the front registers yesterday! During the downpour late afternoon several customers were waiting to run to our cars until the storm subsided. Angie showed us to the drive up and offered to have someone load groceries for us. She also offered solutions to keep our frozen products cold until the rain let up. It’s excellent customer concern like Angie displayed that keeps me coming back to Hyvee.
The service was quick and the baristas were kind and helpful. They charged me almost a dollar more for the same drink when compared to different locations. A cute seating area as well.
