I was standing inside waiting in line when the barista looked at everyone in line and said “People come inside when the drive thru is busy thinking it’ll be fast, but it’s really just an inconvenient traffic jam.” I walked right out the door, rude service all around.

The awkward question that everyone hates is “please answer the question below” when they hand you the portable payment machine which is the tip question that I find irrelevant for taking my payment. The question that should be asked would you like to tip your barista not the person taking the payment. It’s a shame that Starbucks is expecting customers to tip employees considering they should be getting paid enough to avoid customers having to fill in the gap on top of overpriced drinks.

I don't do coffee, but I love all the other non-coffee options that they have! I always get their matcha lattes! Currently in love with the Lavender paired with the matcha! I love that I can substitute oatmilk & customize my drinks! I love ordering through the app!
Everybody there is really nice, always helpful, always makes my drinks correctly and if they don't they fix it right away with no attitude best Starbucks to go to.
Best experience that I have ever had. Mandy is amazing and was so sweet! She made the service and atmosphere amazing.

Asked them if they had coconut flavoring, they said they had coconut milk. Ask them if they had almond flavoring, they said they had almond milk. Can't get the coffee I like there? I can get it at any other coffee stand.
