I went to this subway yesterday night ordered food was overcharged for it and asked several times to look at the tape and see what I got and just make it right nothing was done what soever besides the fact I’m mad I ordered a 6 inch sub and was charged for a foot long never in my life was I treated so poorly for asking for y’all to just make it right now I’m out money for food I didn’t even get. This is ridiculous get it together please

Picked up for someone else. Servers were really nice. My friend loved the sandwich.
I went in subway today because I received a coupon for 2 foot long subs for 12.99. On the coupon it excludes a few Sandwiches which I didn't care to have neither way. But when I made it to the counter the server shows me a list of the sandwich's for that particular coupon. The sandwich I wanted wasn't on the list that he shows me and it wasn't on the coupon so I was trying to figure out why did I have to choose from the selection that they offered me, it didn't make sense to me. Anyway after picking what I didn't want they proceeded to make my order. My wife ordered extra cheese and it was 1.50 added I didn't know that extra cheese was that expensive. I wasn't mad about that at all. After I got chips and two drinks my total was $23.58 I couldn't believe that two bags of chips and two small drinks with extra cheese made my total go up that much. The inside of the restaurant was clean and newly remodeled so it look pretty nice. As I'm sitting there eating the woman came from behind the counter and started swiping the floor. It was close to closing time so I understood that. But I really didn't appreciate her swiping so close to me and my wife as we're eating some things can wait to be done. But my overall experience with subway it's highway robbery.

The new pickles are disgusting! Took away my entire reason for eating here AND they don't accept coupons on anything except limited time sandwiches. The 2 most disappointing things ever and reasons we won't eat here anymore
