After saying I had I pickup I stood at the counter for 10 minutes not one person helped me they were too busy closing when they don’t Close for half an hour I ended up reaching behind the counter to get my pickup because they didn’t even put it on the rack for pickips

Tried to place an order online. Online ordering was turned off so I went in person. Another customer was having the same issue and asked to use the BOGO deal, the staff just whispered among themselves and said they didn’t think they could do that. So that customer didn’t get the deal and neither did I. How are you going to shut off online ordering if the only way you can use the deal is by doing it online? Fix your issues.

We went to use th BOGO foot long coupon running until 06/22/2024. The store turned their online ordering off. We asked if they would still honor the coupon since we literally could not order online, the employees both said no. This location is listed as participating with the coupon online as well....why offer this if you're just going to turn online ordering off? Doesn't make much sense.

I went one day and a worker named angel was standing outside of subway in Walmart talking to two people, while the other worker was inside working. I went another day and Angel was standing there doing nothing while I was in line with at least three other people on line. The other worker was doing all the sandwiches. That doesn’t seem right to have a worker be so lazy while the other worker is doing everything. Hire people who actually want to work.

Big shout out to Nicholas! 2/24/23 - My ten year old always orders the same thing and he said tonight was the very best it was ever made. Nicholas took his time and made it exactly how he wanted it. Most Subways assume he wants it toasted and throws it all together. So, thank you, Nicholas for making his night with the “best sandwich ever”

The new pickles are disgusting! Took away my entire reason for eating here AND they don't accept coupons on anything except limited time sandwiches. The 2 most disappointing things ever and reasons we won't eat here anymore

POOR SERVICE ???Cucumber slices were bad. Handled the next sub after handling jalapeno peppers didn't care if it bothered person eating the sub. Poor service only one took the orders and fixed subs. Meanwhile the co-worker flitted about and when she helped she didn't ask what size of drink we wanted.
