Terrible service. Always messing up the order. Entire store needs to be closed down. Now the app no longer offers regular items and so on. Just eat McDonald's its probably better than this place and it's sad. 0 stars.

If I could give it zero stars, I would! I ordered two spicy potato tacos. They couldn’t make those because their fryers were down. I ordered a value nachos. It just Came with chips and then I got a grilled cheese burrito that was burnt completely black on both sides! I don’t know what’s happened to this place but it’s gone completely downhill. I would not recommend this to my dog.

First time I ever ate inside. Smelled like vomit as we walked in. Floor felt sticky. Didn't touch the counter because you could see stuff on it. Grandson and I got quesadillas. Neither was cut. Had to open it up and move the food around. JUST GROSS!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

If this location could receive zero stars, I would not hesitate to do so. After several chances, my girlfriend and I have been burnt EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Wether it's a missing item (or two) from the bag, a failed request to not add lettuce or sauce to the bag, or employee hairs in my burritos. (Two hairs in two separate orders) The lack of care and work pride is so apparent, it has earned zero stars with gusto!! Anybody reading this, DO NOT STOP HERE! And to any higher-up at this location, you have some serious work to do. I'd be demanding every dime I spent there, back into my pocket if I could.

When I get my food it shouldn’t be all over the wrapper where I have to use a spoon or fork!!! Everytime I go here my grilled cheese burrito is always coating the wrapper and I have to eat it with a fork or spoon bc it’s so messy!! I have complained several times which is every time I seriously wish taco johns was still around and Taco Bell would’ve gone out of business

Food was either stale, or over cooked, when we got home and ate, our sodas tasted like cleaner. Last time we went, they completely messed our orders up, forgetting the most expensive items... my son didn't know his pop was funny tasting, and is now sick. Tried to call to inform them, and the phone just rings for like 3 minutes and then the call drops.

Went through the drive thru and couldn’t hear myself talk because the workers being loud over the intercom. They forgot my Crunchwrap supreme and half the items in my husbands cantina box. When I went in to get the order fixed the 6 teenagers working in the back all blatantly ignored me and when I got my crunch wrap it was half ass made lol
Ordered delivery this evening and won’t be doing that again stop supporting stores that don’t want to help the people that go to them. Ordered 2 deluxe boxes there was nothing deluxe about them. Didn’t receive 90% of the order. Got 2 of the 4 tacos and none of the crunch wraps. Drinks came with melted ice and the freeze was melted to nothing. If the bag wasn’t sealed I would have thought the delivery driver stole the food but no the bag wasn’t sealed. Tried calling the store to get a refund or atleast a remake so I could go get it but what happens. Nothing. The phones just keep ringing until they cancel the call. I will be calling corporate and I will be talking to the district manager in the morning.

If I could give no stars I would ! Tonight i ordered dinner for the family when i got home half the order was missing. I should have known better and checked because Everytime I go here food is always wrong or missing. Then they won't even answer the phones. If I didn't live all the way on the otherside of town I would have just gotten my moneyback and went elsewhere. They used to be really good until they closed and reopened. I won't be going here anymore.
