Food was either stale, or over cooked, when we got home and ate, our sodas tasted like cleaner. Last time we went, they completely messed our orders up, forgetting the most expensive items... my son didn't know his pop was funny tasting, and is now sick. Tried to call to inform them, and the phone just rings for like 3 minutes and then the call drops.

Went through the drive thru and couldn’t hear myself talk because the workers being loud over the intercom. They forgot my Crunchwrap supreme and half the items in my husbands cantina box.
When I went in to get the order fixed the 6 teenagers working in the back all blatantly ignored me and when I got my crunch wrap it was half ass made lol

Ordered delivery this evening and won’t be doing that again stop supporting stores that don’t want to help the people that go to them.
Ordered 2 deluxe boxes there was nothing deluxe about them. Didn’t receive 90% of the order. Got 2 of the 4 tacos and none of the crunch wraps. Drinks came with melted ice and the freeze was melted to nothing. If the bag wasn’t sealed I would have thought the delivery driver stole the food but no the bag wasn’t sealed. Tried calling the store to get a refund or atleast a remake so I could go get it but what happens. Nothing. The phones just keep ringing until they cancel the call. I will be calling corporate and I will be talking to the district manager in the morning.

Ordered 3 soft shell tacos and an order of nachos usually everything is good. But tonight the tacos were terrible, maybe a tablespoon of meat on each one almost all lettuce

If I could give no stars I would ! Tonight i ordered dinner for the family when i got home half the order was missing. I should have known better and checked because Everytime I go here food is always wrong or missing. Then they won't even answer the phones. If I didn't live all the way on the otherside of town I would have just gotten my moneyback and went elsewhere. They used to be really good until they closed and reopened. I won't be going here anymore.

This Taco Bell in Clinton IA needs to close the most pathetic drive thru order i ever had!! Food was cold there was food missing, tacos with no meat on them! The drive thru cashier gave me food then closed the window didn't even ask if I needed anything else with my order! The inside of the place is gross! Do everyone a favor and close this place if everyone that works there hates their job! I agree if I could give 0 to negative stars I would!

I had ordered the chicken cheesy dipping burrito, when I got home and opened my bag it was two tiny tacos with shredded cheese and a couple pieces of chicken inside. Not what I ordered at all, ridiculous for almost $6.

In the past three months this place has went from pretty good to complete garbage. The past 4 times I’ve went they have given me a Doritos locos taco instead a chalupa in my $7 box. To add onto the frustration they will absolutely not give you the sauce unless you ask at the window regardless of how many times you ask when ordering. Final straw was giving me absolutely zero nacho cheese when I ordered multiple orders of chips and cheese. Been a disappointment every time I’ve went there the past three months.

Ever since they reopened they have gotten lazy making customer orders. Multiple times have I ordered stuff and it’s wrong and then today I ordered a Cantina Chicken Burrito and instead of chicken, they filled it with rice 😡
