Just a little about my visit. Ordered 6 peice spicy chicken nuggets. Got no nuggets in the bag. Ordered chicken sandwich with no lettuce, got lettuce on the sandwich. How about some training maybe, so this doesn't happen.

I don't mind having a toe or 3 in my mouth as long as they dont stink. I got a jbc close up to my mouth and really had to question if I was ready to be that freakin dirty or if I should bug out and just have some ramen. Unfortunately I choose option 2

I'm disappointed the salad i eat frequently, the apple-pecan salad, is quite a bit smaller since the last time I bought it. I would rather you made it more expensive and kept it the same size. Now it doesn't make for a nice dinner meal. I'm still feeling like I need something else to eat. I doubt I'll get this salad again. So sad. It's the only thing I get at Wendy's.

9 times out of 10 I order a large fry and get a medium or small. They do this on purpose because it's every time I use an offer or points in the app.
On 3/23/25 I placed my order on the mobile app in Wendy’s parking lot. I immediately pulled over the the speaker (15 minutes before close) to provide my order “code”. I was immediately told that they were closed. Asked if they were supposed to close at 11pm. I was immediately told that they were all out of food. I said so you were closed all evening. I was told they had just closed. I asked if they were closed because they were already cleaning up, no one responded. As I drove past the drive thru four employees were on their way out for a smoke break.
