“I was at Outlaw Pizza recently and wanted something other than pizza, but quick. I ordered the boneless hot wings. I would not recommend this dish. It tasted like mushy chicken nuggets in hot wing sauce. I will stick to their pizza. Pizza is great, restaurant is clean, and the staff has always been great.”

“One of the few place I go to eat a steak. I admit I'm very picky about how I eat meat especially steak. So ordered a filet well done butterflied no pink cut it in the back. The waitress didn't write it down. OK. It comes out full thickness pink in the middle. I send it back. I asked to speak to the owner. He was sitting in the bar area when he comes to the table I asked him how hard it was to take a simple order and repeated how I had ordered it. His response was " I'm sure it was a mistake and they will fix it. If you don't like it you don't have to pay for it but I don't need to be lectured for a mistake" I was like I know it was a mistake I was trying to tell him the waitress wasn't paying attention to me when I ordered but he was to busy scolding me for calling attention to the fact that it wasn't done right. I've worked in food service, and customer service you would never treat a customer that way. It's to bad because I don't get to have good steak often and now I guess I will cross them off the list.”
